| SUMMER BALLET New Haven Ballet is passionate about sharing the joy of dance by encouraging the artistry within each student to flourish in a professional, but well supported and respectful environment. For students ages 8 to 19 years, ballet intensive workshops offer a wide range of classes designed to maximize technical and artistic skills, while offering an opportunity to experience different modalities of movement. Taught by master teachers who bring a broad range of expertise, our summer intensive program is designed to build strong classical ballet technique and allow dancers to improve quickly. Students who participate for a minimum of 3-weeks can achieve marked improvement in strength, flexibility and technical ability.
